Q: Will I have to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?
A: It is best to provide your artwork as PDF or AI format file. However, our designers can create artwork if needed.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: One working day for artwork. 7-9 days for sampling of embroidery/woven/PVC/silicon/paper hang tags. 10-12 days for mass production of heat transfer/screenprint labels/High-frequency patches/PVC/silicon products within 5K-10K quantities.
Q: How to make a payment?
A: We accept payment by T/T, Western Union, , or PayPal.
Q: Which port can be chosen for delivery?
A: Mainly Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or other domestic places.
